here is the mpeg player for playing all 3gp, mp4 mobile formats on your pc. you just download it, then run it, select the file to be played and it will play fine. you can enlarge the screen size as per your requirement. the movies in 3gp format that i have uploaded here are of good quality so you shouldn't have any major quality problem.
